North Bay began with a conversation between two friends about creating something different for the town. Bayley brought seven years of hands-on barbering experience and the industry knowledge at the heart of North Bay. He understood what it takes to run a busy shop, how to build trust with clients, how to create a strong customer experience and what barbers need from the space around them; Jordan brought the planning, organisation and behind-the-scenes support needed to turn the idea into something real.

We spent months discussing locations, layouts, branding and the kind of atmosphere we wanted to create. The goal was simple: to bring a premium, modern and proudly independent British barbershop to Goole—somewhere built around quality work, good people and a genuine connection to the community.

From the beginning, we wanted North Bay to support the same community that supports us. Since opening, we’ve sponsored a number of local sportspeople and continued investing in the town we call home.

That support has helped North Bay grow into Goole’s highest-rated and number-one barbershop. We’re incredibly proud of what the shop has become, but we’re only getting started.
